General Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on poshposh.dk. By placing an order, you automatically accept these terms and agree to comply with them. We encourage you to read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Orders
2.1 When placing an order through our webshop, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, technical issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or invalid payment methods.Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment can be made using the available payment methods on our webshop (MobilePay, Visa & Mastercard, and Apple Pay). All transactions are processed securely and confidentially.
3.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
3.4 We reserve the right for any typographical errors and for products being sold out. Product photos are indicative; actual colors may differ slightly from what appears on screen.
3.5 Your payment will only be captured once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.Delivery
4.1 We aim to deliver your order within the stated delivery time (1–4 business days). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
NB! We are not responsible for delays caused by GLS, seasonal peaks, or out-of-stock items.4.2 You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
4.3 All domestic parcels are shipped with GLS to the nearest pickup point.
4.4 All shipments are trackable. If your items are damaged during transport, please contact both PoshPosh and GLS to report the issue.
4.5 We offer international shipping to selected European countries. Delivery time outside Denmark is typically 2–6 business days, depending on destination and local carrier. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you complete your purchase.
Please note:
For deliveries outside the EU, local authorities may charge VAT, customs duties, or import fees. These charges are not included in the amount paid on poshposh.dk and must be covered by the customer.
All international orders are shipped under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges upon delivery.Returns & Refunds
5.1 You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition and properly packaged in their original packaging.

5.3 You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

You will be redirected to log in to your customer account to simplify the process.Once we have received and approved your return request, a return label will be sent to you through your customer account. The cost of the return label (49 DKK) will be deducted from your refund. Once the item is received – and if it meets our return requirements – your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 Unclaimed Parcels
5.4.1 If you do not collect your parcel from the pickup point within 10 days, it will be returned to us. A fee of 65 DKK, covering the return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.5.5 International Returns
For orders returned from outside Denmark, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping will be charged at the same rate as the original shipping paid during checkout and will be deducted from the total refund. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This means that you may be eligible for a replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction – depending on the situation.
The claim must be valid, and the defect must not have occurred due to incorrect use or intentional damage.How to file a claim:
To submit a complaint regarding a product purchased at PoshPosh Living, please send a written email to: hello@poshposh.dkTo speed up processing, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defect. We will respond as soon as possible with next steps.
You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time from the moment you discovered it – or should have discovered it through normal use.

7.1 We are not liable for damages or losses caused by misuse of our products.

If your order is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee of 199 DKK will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs.

Return shipping costs are not covered by POSHPOSH and will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping cost will match the original shipping rate paid at checkout.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges on international orders. If you wish to change an item, please return your original item and place a new order.
If your parcel is delayed or held by local customs, please allow additional time for clearance. POSHPOSH is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Shipping & Delivery
We use GLS as our shipping partner.
You can either choose home delivery or delivery to a parcel shop near your residence.
The cost for delivery to a parcel shop is: from 49 DKK.
The cost for home delivery is: from 65 DKK.
If you spend over 995 DKK, you get free shipping only in Denmark.
The average delivery time is 1 - 3 business days if the item is in stock. Additionally, your order is typically ready for shipment within 24 hours on weekdays.
You can find a more precise estimate for delivery time in the shipping confirmation you receive via email as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from GLS. This allows you to track your package along the way.
If you have chosen home delivery but are not at home at the time of delivery, GLS will send you a message via email or phone. The message will contain instructions on where you can pick up the package.
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk, and we will investigate the matter for you.

We offer MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.
You add your item(s) to the shopping cart. Then, you need to fill in the information we request to complete the purchase. You will be asked for the following:

- Choose delivery method
- Choose payment method

Returns & Refunds
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Warranty & Claims
We sincerely apologize if something went wrong with your order! If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk with your order number and a description of the error. We will make sure to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask you to take pictures of the package and the defective item and send them to our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk. We will ensure to resolve the issue and assist you with an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
To file a complaint, please contact our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk and provide your order number along with a description of the issue or defect. You should also attach pictures of the damage or defect.
We will review your complaint and assess its validity, which may include requesting additional photos or other forms of documentation.
If your complaint is approved, you have the option to receive a refund or to receive a replacement, provided the item is in stock.
STAINLESS STEEL
Yes, most of our stainless steel products are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing to preserve the finish and ensure maximum longevity — especially for items with special surface treatments such as matte or polished finishes.
Stainless steel is a durable material, but scratches may occur with daily use — especially on polished or matte finishes. We recommend using soft sponges and avoiding abrasive cleaners to minimize the risk of scratching.
No, stainless steel should never be used in a microwave or oven, as it can create sparks and damage the appliance.
Use a microfiber cloth with a small amount of vinegar to remove fingerprints and grease marks without scratching the surface.

GLASS
Many of our glasses are handmade, while others are crafted using advanced production methods. Handmade glass may feature small, unique details such as air bubbles or slight variations in thickness — a natural part of the artisanal process and a reflection of true craftsmanship.
In some cases, light surface marks may occur as part of the production or packaging process. These do not affect the function or overall aesthetic of the glass.
Yes, our glasses are dishwasher safe, so you can safely clean them this way. However, as hot glass can be delicate, we recommend placing them gently in the machine.
For best care, we advise washing at low temperatures only. Our glasses are single-layered and may not withstand high heat over time.
Yes, you can enjoy any type of drink in the glasses. However, we recommend that you do not pour anything boiling into them. Additionally, our glasses can become hot with hot drinks, as they do not have double walls. Therefore, the glass should not be filled completely so that you can still touch the upper rim of the glass without burning yourself.
No, our glasses are not suitable for use in the microwave or oven.
Yes, our glasses undergo a carefully controlled production process, during which slight variations in appearance may occur. This can include fine air bubbles or minor surface irregularities. In some cases, light surface marks may also appear as part of the manufacturing or packaging process.
