1. Generally
    These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on Poshposh.dk. By making a purchase, you automatically accept these terms and undertake to comply with them. We encourage you to read the terms carefully before making a purchase.
  1. Orders
    2.1 When you place an order via our webshop, you confirm that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.
    2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, technical problems, doubts about the authenticity of the order or invalidity of payment methods.
  1. Prices and Payment
    3.1 All prices on the webshop are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
    3.2 Payment can be made via the specified payment methods (Mobilepay, Visa & Mastercard and Apple Pay) on the webshop. Payment transactions will be processed securely and confidentially.
    3.3 You confirm that you have the right to use the selected payment method and that the information is correct.
    3.4 Reservations are made for typing errors and out-of-stock items. Product photos are indicative, as colors may differ from the actual appearance of the item.
    3.5 The money will only be withdrawn when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

4. Delivery
4.1 We endeavor to deliver ordered goods within the specified delivery time (1-4 days). Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability. If some items are unfortunately out of stock, you will be notified quickly. There can be various reasons why an item is not in stock.

NB! We reserve the right for delays at GLS, periods when we are extremely busy and for sold-out and discontinued items.
4.2 We will automatically send confirmation via email when your order is dispatched.
4.2 All parcels are sent with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.
4.3 All shipments are sent as a package, so it is possible to track the package should problems arise. Should your goods be damaged during delivery, you must contact PoshPosh (us) and GLS to advise that your package has been damaged in transit.

5. Return and Refund
5.1 You have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in their original condition and must be securely wrapped in their original packaging.
5.2 For returns and refunds, please follow our stated guidelines and complete the necessary documentation.

Our return policy
5.3 You have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

If you wish to return a product purchased at PoshPosh, you can contact us via the following link: https://account.poshposh.dk/orders . Here you will be forwarded to a page where you must log in to your customer account. This is to make the process easier for you as a customer.

When we have received and approved your return request, you will receive a return label via your customer account. The price (DKK 49) for the return label will be deducted from the total order amount. Once the product has been received – and if it meets our conditions – we will process your refund within 14 days.

Costs for returning goods are borne by the customer.

5.4 Uncollected packages
5.4.1 If you do not collect your package from the parcel shop within 10 days, the package will be sent back to us. The DKK 65 it costs us to send the package back will be deducted from your return amount.

6. Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have 2 years' right to complain from the date of purchase, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced - depending on the specific situation.

This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

If you wish to complain about an item purchased at PoshPosh Living, you can send us a written complaint at Hello@poshposh.dk

For the sake of faster case processing, please enclose the invoice or a copy of it, as well as a description of the error or deficiency, and we will get back to you within a few days.

Complaints about defects in a product must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect or should have discovered the defect during a normal review of the product.
