Refund Policy

At PoshPosh, we strive to deliver high-quality products and want you as a customer to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item or request a refund, the following refund policy applies:

Right of Return

You have the right to return a product within 30 days from the date you received it. Furthermore, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Warranty Rights

You are entitled to a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase in accordance with applicable law. This means you have the right to file a complaint regarding any defects or faults within this period.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return a product purchased from PoshPosh, you can contact us via the following link:

You will be redirected to a page where you must log in to your customer account. This is to make the process easier for you as a customer.

Complaint Procedure

If you wish to file a complaint about a product purchased from PoshPosh, please contact us by email at hello@poshposh.dk with a written description of your complaint.

Complaints about defects or faults must be submitted within a reasonable time after you discovered – or should have discovered – the issue.

In the email, please include your order number, which item(s) the complaint concerns, and a description of the problem. To help speed up the process, please attach a photo of the issue. Once we receive your complaint, we will assess it as quickly as possible and get back to you with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return request, a return label will be issued through your customer account. The cost of the return label (49 DKK) will be deducted from your total refund. When the returned product is received – and meets our return requirements – your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds for complaints will be made after we have received and evaluated the product. Once your complaint is approved, the amount for the defective item will be refunded within 14 days.

International Returns

For returns of orders placed outside Denmark, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. The return shipping fee will match the original shipping cost paid at checkout and will be deducted from the refund.

If an international parcel is not collected and is automatically returned to us, a fee equal to the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover return and handling costs.

Please note: Any local import duties or customs charges will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.

Remarks

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it and returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not comply with our return policy.

PoshPosh Living ApS reserves the right to change or update this refund policy without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the date of publication.
