We will then process your personal data so that we can enter into a dialogue with you, e.g. answer questions about our services. We only process the information that you give us in connection with our communication.
We will typically process the following general information: name, email, telephone number.
Our authority to process this personal data is the data protection regulation's article 6, paragraph 1 liter f.
We delete our communication with you when it is clear whether you want our services or not. Should in a special case arise a need to store your personal data for a longer period of time, this could be the case.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. Through this, we can process information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and the like.
The authority to process this personal data is the data protection regulation's article 6, paragraph 1 liter b.
When the service has been delivered and any outstanding issues have been completed, we will immediately delete the personal data.
Newsletter
We have a newsletter that you can sign up for voluntarily - and you can always unsubscribe from this again.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send registered people emails with new information from the company, which may deal with new content on the website, advertising of our services.
We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to this. It initially requires that you enter your email address, to which we will subsequently send an email, so that you can confirm the registration. In this way, we ensure that you have actually signed up for the newsletter yourself, i.e. given active consent.
Our authority to process your personal data (i.e. the email address) in connection with the newsletter will be the data protection regulation, article 6, paragraph 1 letter a.
We will process your personal data as long as you are still registered for the newsletter. By unsubscribing from the newsletter, we also stop sending this to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter for 1 year, your consent will expire as a result of our inaction.
When unsubscribing from the newsletter, we store your now previous consent for 2 years after it was last used due to statute of limitations, cf. Consumer Ombudsman's Spam Guide section 11.3.
Bookkeeping
We must save all accounting documents cf. the Accounting Act. This means that we store invoices and similar attachments for accounting purposes. This may include general personal data such as name, address, service description.
Our authority to process personal data for bookkeeping is Article 6, subsection 1 letter of the data protection regulation.
We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the current financial year has ended.
Data processors
Few can handle everything by themselves, and the same applies to us. We therefore have business partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors.
External suppliers can, for example, provide systems to organize our work, services, consultancy, IT hosting or marketing.

It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. That is why we make high demands on our business partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected.
We therefore enter into agreements on this with companies (data processors) that handle personal data on our behalf in order to increase the security of your personal data.

Products
Yes, our glasses can safely be placed in the dishwasher. However, since hot glass can be fragile, we recommend placing them gently in the dishwasher.
We also advise washing them at low temperatures, as our glasses do not have double layers and may not withstand high heat.
Yes, you can enjoy any type of drink in the glasses. However, we recommend that you do not pour anything boiling into them. Additionally, our glasses can become hot with hot drinks, as they do not have double walls. Therefore, the glass should not be filled completely so that you can still touch the upper rim of the glass without burning yourself.
We place great importance on ensuring that our products arrive to you in perfect condition. Therefore, we use special packaging materials and techniques to protect the products during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service at: Hello@poshposh.dk
No, our glasses are not suitable for use in the microwave or oven.
Shipping & Delivery
We use GLS as our shipping partner.
You can either choose home delivery or delivery to a parcel shop near your residence.
The cost for delivery to a parcel shop is: from 49 DKK.
The cost for home delivery is: from 65 DKK.
If you spend over 699 DKK, you get free shipping.
The average delivery time is 1 - 3 business days if the item is in stock. Additionally, your order is typically ready for shipment within 24 hours on weekdays.
You can find a more precise estimate for delivery time in the shipping confirmation you receive via email as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from GLS. This allows you to track your package along the way.
If you have chosen home delivery but are not at home at the time of delivery, GLS will send you a message via email or phone. The message will contain instructions on where you can pick up the package.
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk, and we will investigate the matter for you.
Returns & Refunds
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
If you wish to return a product purchased from PoshPosh, you can contact us via the following link: https://account.poshposh.dk/orders. You will be redirected to a page where you need to log in to your customer account. This is to make the process easier for you as a customer.
Once we have received and approved your return request, you will receive a return label via your customer account. The cost (49 DKK) for the return label will be deducted from the total order amount. When the product is received — and if it meets our conditions — we will process your refund within 14 days.
The return is at your own expense.
The item must be in the same condition as when received. This means it should be returned in its original packaging and packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
If this is not met, we will assess whether the item has lost value. If so, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or deduct the loss from the refund amount.

Reklamation
We sincerely apologize if something went wrong with your order! If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk with your order number and a description of the error. We will make sure to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, this can happen—even with careful shipping.
We kindly ask you to take pictures of the package and the defective item and send them to our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk. We will ensure to resolve the issue and assist you with an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
To file a complaint, please contact our customer service at Hello@poshposh.dk and provide your order number along with a description of the issue or defect. You should also attach pictures of the damage or defect.
We will review your complaint and assess its validity, which may include requesting additional photos or other forms of documentation.
If your complaint is approved, you have the option to receive a refund or to receive a replacement, provided the item is in stock.
